Sharing files with E-Mails has never been easier.
Installation
Before installing the 'PowerFolder Outlook Add-In' make sure you have the Thunderbird is uptodate.
It is also required to have a PowerFolder Account.
Follow the following steps:
- Navigate to thunder bird store and search for PowerFolder
- Or using browser: https://addons.thunderbird.net/az/thunderbird/addon/power-folder/
- Go to the preferences and select the Add-Ons and themes
- Click to "Extensions"
- Upload the Add-On using the option "Install Add-On from file..."
- Click on "Add" to install the Add-On

Get Add-on
- Navigate to settings
- Click on extensions
- Type PowerFolder in the search field
- Install the add-on from plugin store
- Add the plugin
- Now you can manage the add-on
- User can set the file size to upload
Configuration
- 552px60Configure the PowerFolder account and click on save
File-Links as Email Attachments
- Create an email and upload an attachment
- Click on "Link"
- Wait till the upload is fininshed finished and send the email containing the file link to download

The uploads can be found under the user account in the folder "Mail Attachments", sorted with date and time.

After deleting the data in mail attachments, the file-links are also unavailable and the recipent is unable to downoad the attachments. ...
