System Requirements
Installation Instructions
- Download the PowerFolder Outlook Add-In installer.
- Run the downloaded file by double-clicking it and follow the on-screen installation instructions.
- Restart Outlook to complete the installation.
Configuration
To set up the PowerFolder Outlook Add-In, follow these steps:
Open Settings:
- In Outlook, navigate to the PowerFolder tab.
- Click on Option 1 to open the configuration settings.
Enter Access Data:
- Server Address: Input your PowerFolder server address.
- Username: Enter your PowerFolder username.
- Password: Enter your password.
- Click OK to save.
Set Additional FileLink Options (Optional):
- Download Limit (Option 4): Define the maximum number of times a file can be downloaded.
- Validity Period (Option 5): Set the number of days the file link remains active.
Attachment Size Limitations:
- If Outlook is configured with Microsoft Exchange Server, the default attachment size limit is 20 MB. You can modify this limit through the Exchange Server settings.
