If the folder got encrypted it is not possible to recover the folder.
Example:
- Folder to recover: "Documents"
- Storage path in this example: /storage
- Configuration of the folder scan: Continous
- Create a new folder in web interface for the user. For example "Recover"
- Copy every subfolder and file from /storage/BACKUP_REMOVE/username/Documents to /storage/username/Recover
Don't copy the folder /storage/BACKUP_REMOVE/username/Documents/.PowerFolder- After the copy finished you only have to wait until the next scan of the folders. In the worst case this happens after an hour.
- Now the user should be able to see his/her files online again.
